Shipping policy

Since all the art on the website is sized differently, read a bit about how we handle it, especially international shipping rates.

Unframed Print Editions prints are custom printed with our local fine art printer. If you reside within the U.S., you can expect your print to arrive within seven (7) to ten (10) business days from the time of shipping.

Unframed Print Editions and certain-sized watercolors will be shipped in a protective tube. Tubes are the safest for shipping. Be sure to take your art out of the tube and store it flattened when it arrives.

Original artworks  that are boxed usually ship within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days from the time of order.

We custom build crates for works over 46 inches on one side. We usually get these built within two weeks of placing an order. The work is then shipped by our freight partners.

We MUST have your phone number for delivery of the large scale work.  Please know that we may contact you and the freight company may contact you with questions about delivery availability. 

Internationally, additional days will be considered to clear customs. We will be in touch with you to discuss the best time for you to receive a larger piece of original art.

REST ASSURED:

We have been shipping art with different carriers for some time, and we pride ourselves on proper packaging. If there is ANY damage, please take a photo, and we will address the carrier and do everything to make sure you get a beautiful work of art.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

You will see throughout the website "Contact for International Shipping." This is for anything that needs to be shipped in a box or crate. It is our general policy to split shipping costs evenly with the collector. It is as simple as that. 

If you contact us (we are quite friendly)  about a larger piece that needs a crate over 42 inches, we often offer a greater discount on shipping.
