Refund policy

If your purchase arrives with damage, please contact us. for immediate attention on the matter. Please take photos and retain the packing materials so we can successfully submit a claim on your behalf. We will replace your print editions immediately.

We want you to be happy, and we understand that adding art to your space is a big decision.

Please don't hesitate to contact us to request a video when purchasing a large-scale original piece of art and/or a mock-up in your intended space. This includes any oversize product with a length greater than 30 inches (76 cm) or items requiring special shipping and handling.

Artwork has a 14-day return window. All returns must be made in the original packaging and crate. Shipping costs and arrangements are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed once the work is safely back to the studio.

The best way to be sure you are making the right decision is to simply reach out. Monica is happy to set up a Zoom call to let you see the work in person! It is a great way to see what you are about to collect and find out more about your art.
