Dog wins card game....

We had a fun weekend with our boys. We got Connor the game Apples to Apples for his birthday which for our creative group has turned out to be a favorite. Even Maggie sat in on a hand! So I got this idea to volunteer a s a Puppy Walker for the Guide Dog foundation (I am running it by my charming agreeable husband now.) Luke's aunt did this while she was a doctoral student. I have always had it in the back of my mind.Then I saw Isabella Rossellini talking about how she has helped raise 4 dogs. So I went to the site and checked it out. You keep the puppy for a year, getting in used to public places and people. I figure, I work from home and Tom is an owner of his company, he can take the pup to work some days! It would be a good lesson for the entire family....really. Maybe our Maggie dog would learn a few things too!
